TBAC Management Services is the wholly owned subsidiary of Thames Business Advice Centre, a not for profit organisation dedicated to helping start up and small businesses through their first few years of business. Thames Business Advice Centre was set up 20 years ago by local Commercial Organisations as a company limited by guarantee.
We work closely with Oxfordshire Business Enterprises Ltd who can provide business advice and training on how to set up and run a small company.
The offices are offered on an easy in easy out basis by a monthly licence. You no longer have to sign up for years on a commercial lease, where you either have to choose an office much too big and expensive to start with, or you end up with an office that is much too small.
The licence fee is inclusive of the following:-
- Rent
- Business Rates
- Heat, light and power
- Building insurance
- Waste collection
- Cleaning of the common areas
- Kitchen
- Toilets
Even changing the light bulbs!
Access is 24/7, allowing small businesses to work all hours if necessary to satisfy customer orders.
In some centres a telephone system and broadband are available, thus overcoming the yearly or 3 year contracts necessary with BT and the broadband supplier
At Abingdon a reception service is provided for your visitors.
